Study On The Financial Support For Rural Contracted Land Transfer

In recent years,China's economic development level has been continuously improved,and the level of urbanization has become higher and higher.Most rural residents have entered into cities to seek employment opportunities and abandoned farmland.In addition,with the continuous improvement of agricultural mechanization,scale,and marketization,The small-scale decentralized operation under the household contract responsibility system hinders the improvement of the level of agricultural modernization,the transfer of rural contracted land and the scale operation of the main body of the new agricultural operation are the inevitable trend of China's future agricultural development.The development of modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics requires a large-scale operation,and the promotion of large-scale circulation of agricultural land is the basis for large-scale agricultural operations.Rural contracted land transfer,large-scale agricultural operation and the large-scale agricultural operation require strong financial support from rural financial institutions.At present,the financial support of rural contracted land transfer in Anhui Province has achieved great results.However,there are also some problems in financial support for rural contracted land transfer.How to better promote financial support for rural contracted land transfer and scientific implementation of rural financial reform is related to the overall scale of agricultural scale operation and modernization level construction,which is also the focus of agricultural supply side reform.Therefore,the financial support for rural contracted land transfer and scientific implementation of rural financial reform,and broadening the financing channels for new agricultural business entities deserves further study.This paper will focus on the financial support of rural contracted land transfer,rural financial reform and rural financial supply in Anhui Province.In order to promote the transfer of agricultural land and meet the funding needs of new agricultural business entities.The research contents of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction,which includes background,significance,purpose and research method of this study.The second part is related to the definition of concepts and theoretical introductions,including rural land circulation,new agricultural management entities,financial support for agricultural land circulation,and property rights theory,land group theory,economies of scale theory,and financial support for the theory of rural contracted land transfer.The third part analyzes the current situation of financial support for rural contracted land transfer in Anhui Province,and analyzes the current situation of rural contracted land transfer and the status of financial support for agricultural land transfer.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the financial support for rural contracted land in Anhui Province.The fifth part puts forward the proposal of Anhui Province to support the transfer of rural contracted land.The sixth part is the conclusions and discussion,which includes the conclusions and insufficient reflection.
