The Research On Hunan’s Agricultural E-commerce Development Pattern

Using the method of combining theory and practice of Hunan agricultural electronic commerce development present situation investigation and analysis, this paper points out the basic element of developing agricultural e-commerce and prerequisite. The Hunan agriculture analyzed the main problems of e-commerce development, and puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems. Build e-commerce platform is the foundation of agricultural electronic commerce development, Hunan agricultural e-commerce development not only needs a good hardware and software platform, also need to use this platform for agricultural e-commerce to provide more high quality information service. In Hunan existing agricultural e-commerce mode has carried on the comparative analysis, the analysis found agricultural e-commerce transaction mode, farmers’ online mode, agricultural e-commerce logistics distribution mode, e-commerce payment mode in Hunan agriculture plays a very important role in e-commerce, but each model has its limitations. Agricultural e-commerce model mainly include information mediation model, virtual community and electronic procurement mode, the third party electronic trading market, etc., but these patterns are not completely suitable for Hunan agricultural electronic commerce development.Proposed the Hunan agricultural e-commerce development model to build strategy:Hunan agricultural e-commerce cannot choose a single mode of development, the existing instead of combining the reality of Hunan, should draw lessons from the success of the existing mode of both at home and abroad, and to realize self innovation, build a "Hunan taste","characteristics of Hunan" comprehensive agricultural e-commerce development model.
