Research On The Development Of Village Collective Economy In Zhuji:Existing Problems,Influencing Factors And Countermeasure Research

With the rapid development of China's social economy,village collective economy is playing an important role in China's rural economy.The study of village collective economy plays a positive role in developing agriculture,affluent farmers and stabilizing rural areas.However,under the current economic system and social background,there are still some problems in the village collective economy,such as the village collective economic income is difficult to support the daily expenditure at the village level.Taking Zhuji City as an example,this paper explores the development of village-level collective economy,providing a reference for solving the problem of village-level economic operation funds,expanding the channels of employment and income of villagers in Zhuji City.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)The development characteristics of village collective economy in Zhuji City are summarized as asset leasing type,capable person driving type,characteristic industry type and industry service type.Combining the above analysis results,we find out the problems existing in the development of village-level collective economy in Zhuji,which are mainly manifested in the backward concept of rural masses in Zhuji,the backward management system of rural areas in Zhuji,the inadequate support from the government,the lack of talents in the development of village-level collective economy,and the poor management of village-level collective economy.(2)With the quantitative analysis method,the study found that the factors affecting the development of village-level collective economy in Zhuji mainly include self-development,policy and man-made.Geographical location,per capita cultivated land area,resource factors,policy factors and other factors are taken as quantitative indicators,it is concluded that resource factor,policy factor,cadre quality,collective land contract and lease,cooperative economic organization,village-level collective economic development talents and other factors are the most important factors.(3)According to the main factors affecting the development of collective economy at village level in Zhuji City,six aspects of development advice are provided as following:the rural areas of Zhuji City should make full use of their own advantages in resources,the government should strengthen support,improve the ideological awareness of cadres,innovate the collective fund management system at the village level,enhance the operational capacity of economic organization,strengthen the construction of talent team.
