| Since the establishment of an enterprise,its life cycle starts to evolve along a specific trajectory.In the process of formulating financial strategy,enterprises should fully combine life cycle theory,take life cycle evolution path as the main line,and enhance the reliability of enterprise financial strategy as the goal,so as to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise financial strategy.In the daily business activities of enterprises,the effective implementation of financial strategy has become an indispensable and important part of the healthy development of enterprises.However,at present,most Chinese enterprises still adopt the traditional financial management mode,which fails to combine the enterprise life cycle with the financing behavior,investment behavior and profit distribution behavior in the financial strategy.Therefore,the formulation and implementation of corporate financial strategy needs to be supported by the life cycle,so as to ensure the realization of the overall strategic objectives of the enterprise in the future.This paper first describes the research background,research content,research methods and research status at home and abroad,and then introduces the life cycle theory and financial strategy theory,analyzes the necessity of life cycle theory for enterprises to formulate and implement financial strategy,and clarifies the characteristics of financial strategy and financial strategy selection in different life cycle stages.Secondly,the internal and external environment of ZJYT company is analyzed with PEST and SWOT analysis method,so as to clarify the strategic environment of the company.Thirdly,according to the financial strategy characteristics of the initial stage enterprises,analyze and evaluate the current financing strategy,investment strategy and profit distribution strategy of ZJYT company,and find out the existing problems in its existing financial strategy mode;Finally,the paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from four aspects: financing,investment,dividend distribution and working capital management. |
