Research On The Strategy And Implementation Path Of Datang Socks Industry Transformation And Upgrade

Datang socks industry is one of the six pillar industries in Zhuji City,Zhejiang Province.The annual output of socks accounts for 70% of the national output and one third of the world output.After China's economy entered the new normal,structural problems of economic development became more prominent.Internationally,unilateralism and protectionism have risen,and economic and trade relations have become more complex and tense.As the "capital of the international socks",under the tremendous pressure of the domestic and international development environment,Datang has encountered "restriction pain" and "growth troubles" in its economic development.This article mainly takes Datang Hosiery,an industrial cluster with obvious regional economic characteristics,as the research object.Through field investigation,it adopts comprehensive analysis method,case study method,survey interview and other methods to comb the entire characteristics of Datang Hosiery Industry.The development process analyzes the problems existing in the development of its industry.Applying industrial cluster theory,industrial structure transformation theory,and industry-city integration theory,this paper proposes strategies and implementation paths for the transformation and upgrading of the Datang Socks Industry.This article proposes that Datang Town should adopt an innovation-driven strategy,a value chain promotion strategy,an industrial chain extension strategy,an industry integration strategy,and a green transformation strategy to carry out the transformation and upgrading of the industry to ensure the competitiveness of the industry,increase the added value of the industry,and promote the industry Sustainable development.Then,this article studies the implementation path of Datang Town in order to complete the industrial transformation and upgrade,and proposes three major tasks.First,the government takes the strategic lead to create a “smart manufacturing base”;second,it focuses on building the “beauty capital” Promote the integration of industries and cities,implement a new layout of green industrial development;third,accurately plan new growth points,cultivate emerging industries,and fill cultural shortcomings.The research in this paper can provide useful reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
