At present,we are in the era of knowledge economy,with the acceleration of knowledge updating and the shortening of product life cycle.As the carrier of knowledge and information,the construction and training of enterprise talent team has become the most important factor affecting the development of enterprises.Enterprise training is an important way to improve the quality of talent team.Strengthening enterprise training is not only helpful to keep the development synchronization between employees and enterprises,narrow the gap between the development goals and the quality of employees,but also helpful to enhance the realization of strategic objectives and sustainable development ability of enterprises in the new competitive environment.At present,more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the training work,but neglect the training effect evaluation,and do not fully understand the role of the training effect evaluation.Training effectiveness evaluation can not only enable enterprises to grasp the impact of training on employees' work,but also help training organizers to realize the shortcomings of training content and specific direction of adjustment,and constantly improve the training plan suitable for the development of companies and employees.Therefore,the topic of this paper based on competency model and Coriolis model has important research value and practical significance.Based on the research background of the current situation of camp education development and the problems existing in the evaluation of enterprise training effect,this paper combs the relevant methods and evaluation process of training effect evaluation by reading the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on the evaluation theory and model of training effect.This paper analyses the working environment and staff characteristics of personnel engaged in campsite education industry,finds the existing problems in training effectiveness evaluation of campsite education industry,and puts forward a comprehensive evaluation idea of training effectiveness evaluation in two steps,that is,to carry out immediate training effectiveness evaluation within the end of one week and to carry out post-training effectiveness evaluation within one month.Based on the reaction layer,learning layer and behavior layer of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model,a competency model for employees in campsite education industry is constructed.The indicators in the competency model are combined with expert summary,employee's opinions and literature review methods to construct an indicator system for real-time training effectiveness evaluation.An analytichierarchy process(AHP)is adopted.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the training effect in real time.By comparing the evaluation indicators and the scores of the evaluation levels,the reasons for the lower scores of the indicators are found,which provides the basis for the improvement of the follow-up training work.The results of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model are defined as the evaluation indicators of post-training effect.The promotion of training on employee performance is tested by employee performance difference before and after training.Mean difference test is made between the performance of trainees and that of non-trainees to verify that the performance of trainees after training has a positive impact on employee performance.Finally,select the empirical object before the camp training project launched in Japanese camps,find out the weak links and problems of the training effect evaluation,and formulate the specific strategies that the campsite education industry should adopt to improve the training effect evaluation from four aspects: evaluation consciousness,evaluation method,evaluation purpose and training standard.The improvement and research results not only have a certain practical significance for the training effect evaluation of the start-up camp in the future,but also have reference value for the enterprise training effect evaluation of other campsite education industries.
