A Research On Optimization Of Organizational Structure Of Company A

As China's real estate industry reaches the era of stocks,the property management industry,as the derivative of the real estate,is facing an opportunity for development.To get the competitive advantage,property management companies should not only try to achieve strategic transformation and new profit growth points,but also adjust and improve the existing organizational structure to match the business development strategy of the enterprise.Therefore,Company A began to implement a diversified development strategy in 2015 and reorganized its previous organizational structure to meet the need of the strategic transformation.However,during 2017-2018,with the continuous development of the property form under Company A,the contradiction between the adjusted organizational structure and the diversified development strategy has gradually emerged.It is particularly urgent to optimize the existing organizational structure of Company A.This paper adopts the research method combining literature theories and practical cases.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant theories of organizational structure,analyzes the development status and trend of the property management industry,and provides theoretical support for the subsequent proposal of Company A's organizational structure optimization.Secondly,this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing organizational structure of Company A,points out its existing problems,and combines principle analysis and feature analysis to propose the optimization scheme and adjustment ideas.After that,this paper makes a matching analysis between the new scheme and the diversified business strategy of Company A.Thirdly,this paper also puts forward the implementation plans for the optimization scheme.Finally,based on the summary,this paper makes a prospect for further researches.Consequently,the organizational structure optimization is expected to optimize around 8%of all staff,reduce the labor cost by more than RMB 30 million.This paper not only optimizes Company A's organizational structure,but also provides inspiration for other property management companies,which has certain theoretical significance.
