Research On Risk Management Of Cold Chain Logistics In Geshi Company

In recent years,with the development of cold chain logistics and the improvement of people's consumption level,the demand for cold chain products such as vegetables,fruits,meat,milk and so on has been increasing.Compared with general products,cold chain products are perishable and require higher temperature and humidity in circulation,thus increasing the probability of cold chain logistics risk.The operation level of the cold chain is related to the increase of the economic benefits of the cold chain company,and the improvement of the operation level of the cold chain depends on the effective management of the cold chain risk.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the risk management of cold chain logistics.Based on the existing literature of cold chain risk management and the current situation of cold chain development,this paper takes the cold chain logistics as the research object and identifies the purchase and storage by means of process analysis.The potential risk and influencing factors of sorting and transportation links,and reference to the principles of the establishment of the index system,the use of questionnaires to select key risk indicators,so as to determine the coverage of cold chain risk evaluation index system;Secondly,the fuzzy matter-element analysis method is used to construct the risk evaluation model of the cold chain in the world.The weight of each index is calculated by the entropy method,and the European closeness of each index is sorted by the calculation.The whole of the cold chain and the purchase,storage and division of the cold chain are obtained.The risk level of four key links of picking and transportation is proposed.Finally,the overall control strategy of cold chain risk is put forward from the aspects of cold chain risk management level,cold chain infrastructure,government and the public,and the countermeasures are put forward for the specific risks of purchasing,storage,sorting and transportation links.This study will provide a reference for the effective management of cold chain logistics.
