Study On Social Security Of Agricultural Transfer Population In Henan Province

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,agricultural population transfer has become the pillar of Chinese industrial workers,an important force in promoting China's modernization,and has made tremendous contributions to economic and social development.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the issue of agricultural population transfer,but in order to do a good job in the public service of agricultural population transfer in the city,we need to constantly improve the policies and measures of agricultural population transfer in the urban rights and interests.Because of the difference in treatment and welfare between the agricultural transfer population and the ordinary urban residents,the social security power of the agricultural transfer population is still lacking,which is also the realization of the basic rights and interests of workers.The realization of this right is related to the vital interests of the agricultural transfer population and the realization of the social security right of the agricultural transfer population.Social fairness and justice is one of the important duties that the government must perform.With the accelerated development of urbanization,the rural surplus labor force has become a vulnerable group in the city because it is far away from home,away from its familiar circle of communication,coupled with the low level of knowledge and culture,and it is difficult to find a stable job.The lack of the right to social security in the city will only aggravate the development of this problem and restrict the process of urbanization.In this paper,the social security of agricultural transfer population in Henan Province is taken as the research scope,the social security situation and existing problems are analyzed from the existing statistical data,and the countermeasures to protect the social security of agricultural transfer population are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the problems.It provides theoretical and practical basis for the social security of agricultural transfer population involved in the urbanization construction of Henan Province.In order to further improve the social security measures of agricultural transfer population,promote the urbanization of agricultural transfer population in an orderly manner,and enable the agricultural transfer population to truly enjoy the development results of integration of urban and rural social security.
