| Nowadays,the situation of the national and international economy has been complex and changeable.At the same time,the economic globalization is full of twists and turns,the changes also have a great impact on multilateralism,especially in Sino-US trade friction,it has many adverse effects on manufacturing operation and market expectations.Meanwhile,it also brings uncertainty to the development of the H enterprise’s power transmission and transformation manufacturing industry.Affected by the situation of the internal and external economy,the raw materials,energy,environmental protection,labor costs,and financial costs of the power transmission and transformation manufacturing industry increase constantly,it results in the continuous growth of business operating costs,which brings challenges to the development of enterprises.In order to be sustainable development,power transmission and transformation manufacturing enterprises must adapt themselves to the development of the global economy,and integrate into it.Facing various opportunities and challenges directly compels enterprises to deepen supply-side structural reforms,internal tappingpotentials,and process integration by changing the models of economic growth,which promote high quality and efficiency development.The logistics management costs of the power transmission and transformation manufacturing industry make up about 20% of the operating costs.How to integrate the internal logistics of the enterprises and make the logistics become the ‘third profit source’ of the enterprises has become an problem,which should be solved as soon as possible.In the current situation of economy,It’s also an effective way to realize the high-quality development.The study takes H enterprise as an example,with innovating management method,using continuous improvement theory,it researches on internal logistics integration of enterprises step by step according to the theory and practical ideas.On basis of the analysis and research,it firstly defines the concept of continuous improvement of the internal logistics system of manufacturing enterprises.The following part analyzes the typical existing problems in the internal logistics of manufacturing enterprises.It combines with the actual situation of internal logistics of T enterprise,to determine the integration goals of enterprises and the constructs of the integration ideas.Moreover,reusing the advanced management experience and methods of logistics integration,intelligence and online monitoring under the modern logistics concept integrate the design of marketing logistics,supplying chainlogistics,manufacturing logistics system and logistics system information.Lastly,by means of the establishment of joint inventory,establishment of internal logistics management information system,manufacturing site 6S management,positioning and visual management,it solves problems in the internal logistics system of the enterprises with implementation of the integration plan,the feasibility of the research was verified by analyzing and comparing the implementation effects.Through study,this paper clarifies the scope of internal logistics of manufacturing enterprises.Through the analysis and comparison of the implementation effects,it is verified that the possibility of continuous improvement of internal logistics integration to improve the quality of operations is verified.I hope that the research in this paper can provide reference for other power transmission and transformation enterprises. |
