Motivation is an internal psychological process or internal motivation guided,stimulated and maintained by a goal or object.It can generate and stimulate a person's inner heart for a long time,promote and guide himself to complete a series of activities,so as to achieve his goal.Work motivation,defined as a senles of behaviors that can stimulate work performance,is an internal psychological state.At the same time,it is also an internal and external force of the way,direction and maintenance degree of behavior.Work motivation is the most efficient and complicated one among the social motivations,which enables individuals to work hard and at the same time innovate and constantly improve their work.Job performance refers to the actions taken by an individual to participate in work tasks and give full play to his/her ability to complete the work.The meaning of volition at work is whether an individual will still stick to his own decision in his career choice under the constraints of various situations.Although foreign degrees will have certain research,but for the job will study and application in the enterprise,now still lack of many related research at home,so the job will explore Chinese situation of work motivation and job performance has the influence,help managers in a business and provide profound practical significance.This paper probes into the relationship between work motivation,work performance and work volition in enterprises by issuing questionnaires to employees.The scales used in this study are work motivation scale,work performance scale and work will scale.The results show that each scale has good internal consistency reliability and validity.In this study,a total of 528 valid questionnaires were recovered,and statistical data including SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used for analysis.The analysis results are as follows:(1)On the dimensions of internal motivation,external motivation,career choice,interpersonal promotion and job dedication,male employees are significantly higher than female employees.(2)the internal motivation can significantly predict career choices,personal promotion,business performance and dedication to work,the external motive could significantly predict individual economy,promote interpersonal,business performance and dedication to work,career choice can significantly predict interpersonal promotion,business performance and work commitment.(3)Career choice plays an intermediary role in internal motivation and job performance.(4)Career choice plays an intermediary role in external motivation and job performance.
