With the vigorous development of positive psychology,active organizational behavior came into being,and its research tends to focus on employees' positive and valuable psychological resources and advantages.The research on the work well-being of enterprise employees has become a hot issue in the field of human resources management.Some scholars,business managers and even government leaders regard job well-being as one of the important indicators for measuring social and economic development and the best employer.More than one-third of a person's life is spent at work.Therefore,many scholars pay a lot of attention to work well-being.However,only work well-being is not enough.If a company loses its efficiency and will not survive in the market,how to achieve the employee's work well-being and the simultaneous improvement of the company's production performance are important concerns of scholars and business managers at home and abroad.Studies have shown that it is possible to create higher production performance only when employees have established organizational commitments to their own businesses.Obviously,there is still a lack of research in the academic community on improving work performance in work well-being.Based on the theory of self-determination and the theory of well-being,this study proposes research hypotheses and establishes theoretical models by combing relevant literature at home and abroad.Taking enterprise employees as the research object,using the empirical analysis method,302 valid questionnaires were collected,and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software.The relationship between work well-being,organizational commitment and work performance was tested by analysis of variance,correlation analysis,and regression analysis.The main conclusions of the study are: “Working Well-being has a positive impact on work performance;work well-being has a positive impact on organizational commitment;organizational commitment has a positive impact on work well-being”and at the same time verifies “organizational commitment to work well-being” The mediating effect in the relationship with work well-being." To this end,this study further deepens the mechanism of the impact of work well-being on work performance.
