Research On The Construction Of Rural Practical Talent Team In Pengze County From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,aiming at revitalizing rural industry,rural ecology,rural culture,rural organizations and rural talents.The primary task of rural rejuvenation is the rejuvenation of rural talents.The primary task of rural talents rejuvenation is the construction of rural practical talents team.The construction of rural practical talents team and the strategy of rural rejuvenation complement each other and promote each other.Pengze County is a large agricultural county.For a long time,it has adhered to the goal of "increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income",and constantly promoted the construction of new countryside and agricultural modernization.However,in recent years,Pengze County has been in a relatively backward stage for a long time because of its weak agricultural foundation and inconsistent rural industrial structure.The improvement of farmers’ living standards is not obvious.There is a long way to go for Pengze County to achieve the goal of rural revitalization,which is related to the shortage and loss of practical talents in agricultural production.The most urgent task of Pengze County is to speed up agriculture.The construction of practical talents in villages.Based on this,from the perspective of rural revitalization,this study uses the theory of human resources and human resources management to analyze the quantity,quality and structure of rural practical talents in Pengze County and the problems in the construction of rural practical talents in the process of rural revitalization.It also puts forward the construction strategy of rural practical talents in Pengze County to revitalize agriculture in Pengze County.And rural areas to provide some reference.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the purpose and significance of Pengze County’s rural practical talent team construction research from the perspective of rural rejuvenation,and what relevant research on rural talent team construction at home and abroad can be used for reference.Finally,it introduces the main contents,methods and technical routes of this study,and clarifies the innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis,mainly defines the concept of Rural Revitalization strategy,rural practical talents and other related concepts,and elaborates the human capital theory,human capital management theory and Xi Jinping’s talent concept theory related to this study.The third part is the necessity of the construction of rural practical talents from the perspective of village revitalization.This paper probes into the relationship between the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the construction of rural practical talents team,and analyses the necessity of the construction of rural practical talents team from the perspective of Rural Revitalization(rural industry revitalization,rural culture revitalization,rural ecological revitalization,rural organization revitalization,etc.).The fourth part is the current situation,effectiveness and problems of Pengze County’s rural talent team construction.Through the analysis of the current situation of rural talent team construction in Pengze County,based on the perspective of rural revitalization,the paper excavates the effectiveness and main problems of rural talent team construction in Pengze County.The fifth part is the actual situation of Pengze County,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of rural practical talents team in Pengze County.
