Research On The Training Model Of Rural Practical Talents In Yuechi County, Sichuan Province

In December 2017,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the concept of Rural Revitalization in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party.In the process of realizing this great goal,we need enough rural practical talents to support it.Yuechi County is a large agricultural county and a large population county.In recent years,Yuechi County Government has earnestly implemented the instructions of its superiors,accelerated the process of agricultural modernization,and actively carried out the training of practical talents in rural areas.The purpose of this paper is to study the problems arising in the process of training practical talents in Yuechi County,and put forward relevant policy recommendations to promote the construction of practical talents in Yuechi County,so as to realize the rural revitalization.The research object of this paper is the current situation and training process of rural practical talents in Yuechi County.The research content is the problems existing in the training process.Firstly,this paper sorts out the relevant theories of talent training,explores the historical development process of relevant research at home and abroad,and provides the theoretical basis for this paper.Then through online access to relevant information and field questionnaires to obtain relevant research data,so as to understand the current situation and existing problems of rural practical talents training in Yuechi County,such as the unreasonable structure of rural practical talents,the rural economic environment is difficult to attract and retain practical talents,the effect of training needs to be improved,and the basis of rural practical talents training work.The lack of facilities and the pertinence of training work need to be improved.These problems have hindered the further development of rural practical talents training in Yuechi County and hindered the construction of rural practical talents.The causes of the problems are analyzed from the perspectives of various participants in personnel training,training workflow,public opinion and infrastructure.By summing up the relevant development experience of other regions and combining with the current situation of rural practical talents training in Yuechi County,some practical suggestions are finally put forward for the training of rural practical talents in Yuechi County.
