Empirical Study Of The Influence Of Technological Innovation Inputs In Textile Industry On Technological Innovation Performance

Since the implementation of the 12 th Five Year Plan, the domestic and international environment of the textile industry has changed greatly, and the global industrial factor resources layout has been adjusted. The developed countries have begun to take the leading edge of the industry value chain. In recent years, guided by"industrialization" strategy, the high-end textile manufacturing industries reflow and block up to the upgrading of China’s textile industry. South East Asia,developing countries and emerging economies with their cost advantages, resources and international trade advantages, carry out a positive competition with traditional advantages of China’s textile industry, At the same time, the TPP and other regional free trade agreements will greatly affect the world’s textile industry pattern, so opportunities and challenges coexist. As early as the ""11th five-year" development outline of China’s textile industry, it has pointed that the textile industry in China should give priority to science and technology innovation of industrial textiles development as the key object. As the implementation of the "11th five-year"development plan of China’s textile industry, China’s textile industry innovation level has been greatly improved. However, compared with other developed countries,China’s textile industry technological innovation level is still a big problem.Scientific and effective technology innovation performance evaluation system can effectively test the textile industry technological innovation, and provide further guidance for the textile industry’s technological innovation.On the basis of the qualitative analysis of the present situation of China’s textile industry, the paper establishes the empirical model based on the 210 sets of panel data of the A stock market of our country’s textile industry 2009-2014. From the industry level,the paper analyzes the technological innovation input, innovation output of China’s textile industry, and analyzes the technological innovation of China’s textile industry listing Corporation. Then it analyzes the innovation process in three stages, and analyzes the influence factors of the textile enterprise listing Corporation innovation performance.Through the research, the paper finds: 1. The textile industry innovation investment is obviously insufficient. Although the amount of R & D investment intextile enterprises increases year by year, the proportion of textile enterprises R & D personnel is relatively stable, but compared with other manufacturing industries, the innovation investment in textile enterprises is obviously insufficient. 2. The human input of the textile enterprises has the greatest impact on innovation performance.The input of innovation capital and human investment in the textile industry have a positive impact on the management ability of the enterprise, and the investment of the innovation human resources is the most significant. 3. The textile industry innovation investment in innovation performance has lagged effect, and the optimal lag period is about two years. 4. Government subsidies promote innovation investment in textile enterprises, and exist a significant positive correlation of the innovation performance. Government subsidies not only have a positive impact on the innovation performance of the textile industry listing Corporation, but also actively guide enterprises to increase R & D investment. Finally, according to the conclusion, the paper analyzes the influence of the innovation investment of the textile industry on the innovation performance and the development trend of the textile industry, and puts forward some effective suggestions for the development of China’s textile industry, such as strengthening the construction of textile talents and independent brand, strengthening the cooperation between industry, research, etc.
