Since the 21st century,the global economy has developed vigorously and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.In the face of the pressure of power system reform,market liberalization of power distribution,electricity transmission and distribution price reform and other diversified competition,power supply companies have to bear the pressure of all parties while seeking their own sustainable development and improving their competitiveness.Good performance appraisal is an important means and tool for power supply companies to achieve strategic goals and cultivate core competencies.It has a very important practical significance and effect on the implementation and landing of power supply companies 'strategic goals and the promotion of competitiveness.This paper combines the strategic goal adjustment and deployment of SGCC.combined with the actual situation of WZ power supply company's actual and performance evaluation,for the WZ power supply company's current key performance indicator evaluation system,such as insufficient understanding of performance evaluation,unreasonable setting of goals,imperfect evaluation indicators,unscientific weight of indicators,formal evaluation process,and simplified application of results.According to the overall thinking of WZ power supply company,we will carefully analyze the strategic objectives of WZ power supply company and the evaluation indicators of higher units.Using the advanced balanced score card tool to break down the strategic objectives of the WZ power supply company into several interconnected core themes,capture the key success factors that contributed to the achievement of the strategic objectives,complete the mapping of the strategy,and finally,according to the SMART principle.Identify key performance indicators and their logical relationship.Furthermore,according to the Duffel method and the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of each indicator are optimized to better reflect the evaluation orientation.By optimizing and perfecting the performance evaluation system of WZ power supply company,and finally from the perspective of WZ power supply company,the protection proposal based on the implementation of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system is proposed,in order to effectively improve the performance evaluation status of WZ power supply company.
