With the rapid development of Internet technology,as a new economic model,"sharing economy" has widely developed.The emergence of online car-hailing software is a typical representative of the sharing economy.In modern urban transportation,ride-hailing has increasingly become important means of transportation for people to travel.However,there are also many problems,such as the impact of price control on the traditional taxi industry,the unreasonable allocation of resource.In terms of resource allocation,it is easy to cause the problems of "difficulty in taking a car" and "high empty driving rate".This paper focuses on the actual situation and uses scientific ideas and methods to solve the following problems:First,the paper establishes reasonable indicators and analyzes the "supply and demand matching" degree of online car-hailing resource in different time and space.At present,when"high empty driving rate " and "difficult to take a car" coexist,we establish two indicators,empty driving rate and demand gap rate,to describe these two concepts quantitatively.Then,we integrate empty driving rate and demand gap rate,thus obtaining the comprehensive index "imbalance degree" to reflect the "supply and demand matching" degree of car-hailing resource in different time and space.The distribution regularities of the imbalance degree in time and space is obtained.Secondly,it analyzes whether the subsidy schemes of various companies are helpful to"ease the difficulty of car taking".The subsidy schemes generally implemented by various companies simply reward drivers and passengers with certain subsidies.The implementation of subsidy policies will affect the changes of various indicators and ultimately affect the adjustment of imbalance degree.At the same time,there is an upper limit threshold of the subsidy offered by the software company to passengers and drivers.From this we have worked out the regularities that each index changes with allowance.Finally,we design reasonable subsidy scheme to alleviate the phenomenon of being difficult to take a car.In this paper,under the condition of a certain amount of total subsidy,different subsidy schemes with different strength are developed according to the spatial difference,and it is demonstrated that the time difference is less affected by the amount of subsidy.In this paper,while reducing the degree of imbalance in various regions,macro regulation and control should be carried out to give some impetus to car drivers,so that they can move from regions with high empty driving rate to regions with high car-hailing demand rate,so as to reduce the overall imbalance degree of the city.
