| In recent years,with the improvement of the living standards of the society,the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility has received more attention from the public.At the same time,enterprises are increasingly relying on partners,and the business relationship within the supply chain is closer.Therefore,corporate social responsibility is no longer an individual behavior of an enterprise,but may extend to affect the entire supply chain.In China,non-core enterprises are numerous and widely distributed,and it is difficult to supervise their social responsibility.The implementation of some non-core enterprises’ corporate social responsibility of only meets the standards of national laws or local regulations,and even some refuse to take the responsibility.Therefore,how to promote the improvement of social responsibility fulfillment of non-core enterprises in the supply chain is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on stakeholder theory,corporate social responsibility theory,customer relationship theory and corporate reputation theory,this paper reviews the influencing factors of corporate social responsibility,the economic consequences of corporate social responsibility performance and the factors which affect the management of supply chain corporate social responsibility.In the theoretical part,this paper expounds the importance and practical obstacles of fulfilling the social responsibility of non-core enterprises in the supply chain,and analyzes how the non-core enterprises can improve their social responsibility performance with the impact of the core enterprises.Finally,the paper studies how the improvement of non-core enterprises’ social responsibility has a positive impact on itself by stabilizing core customer relationships and enhancing the reputation of supply chain companies.The analysis above provides a theoretical basis for the case study of this paper.Based on the method of case study,this paper starts with the implementation of social responsibility of Anjie Technology,and analyzes the level of environmental responsibility and employee responsibility of Anjie Technology under the constraints and promotion of its core customer enterprise Foxconn.Anjie Technology not only meets the minimum standards or the legal requirements,but also performs the best among the industry.The improvement of the social responsibility performance level of Anjie Technology has enabled Foxconn to improve its satisfaction and enhance the core customers’ cognitive value.Furthermore,the customer relationship between Anjie Technology and Foxconn promotes the formation of its reputation and obtain the favor of investors.On this basis,while the level of social responsibility fulfillment of Anjie Technology has increased,its financial performance has also shown an upward trend,which has alleviated the practical obstacles to its social responsibility implementation.According to the analysis of this paper,there are practical obstacles to the fulfillment of non-core corporate social responsibility in the supply chain.The core enterprises can use their own status and advantages to promote the fulfillment of non-core corporate social responsibility and bring positive impact to non-core enterprises.This research has positive significance on how to promote the fulfillment and promotion of social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises. |
