With the rapid development of the Internet,e-learning and M-learning appear and become crucial topics in the field of people developing in present enterprises.On one hand,the advantages of M-learning are obvious,such as it can be processed by leisure time,without the limit of space.On the other hand,the blowout of development of Chinese mobile and internet provides appropriate environment.It's said that even a pig can fly if it can find a place in the eye of a storm.Now,it's the best time for e-learning.Agriculture Bank of China,hereinafter referred to as ABC,one of the four state-owned banks,pay more attention to more than forty thousand staffs learning and development all over the country.ABC's M-learning platforms include E-College and E-World,a wechat official learning account.In this essay,research for E-World is made to figure out how M-learning plans and performs in ABC's training system.Positivism is used to survey and analyze M-learning's present situation and future trends,including service suppliers,M-learning platforms in this essay.Based on evaluating the necessity and possibility of inputting a M-learning system,and the experience of outstanding enterprises,ABC develops its own total solution of M-learning platform.Then,management standards for ABC's M-learning need to be developed.We can draw conclusions from the past internal similar projects as well as benchmark external successful model and experience.Two successful M-learningparadigms are chosen,one is from China Merchants Bank,the other is from Ping An Bank,to make further analysis on developing background,design methods,functions and characteristics.After that,Detailed information on orientation,foundation,platform building,content and resources,implement of ABC's M-learning is expatiated.All in all,for a long term,ABC needs to create its own M-learning App;for a short term,its also need to make improvement and standardization for present M-learning platform.ABC can try to create its own key learning content meanwhile purchase general training materials from outside.ABC provides content and professional institution designs,it's a proper way to ensure M-learning curriculums have good training results.Also,it's quite important to perform relevant human resource management system and activities to make M-learning keep active.It's firmly believed that M-learning will make efforts on people developing by keeping proactive thinking and sustainable development in this mobile and internet period.
