Research On Purchasing Process Optimization Of Y Company

Purchasing refers to an enterprise's business activity in which an enterprise obtains products or services from the supply market as its resources to ensure the normal development of its production and business activities under certain conditions.Today,with the rapid development of global economic integration and information technology,Chinese retail enterprises are facing enormous challenges.Purchasing business is playing an increasingly important role in the production and operation activities of retail enterprises.The stable and efficient operation of purchasing business process directly determines the overall operating efficiency of the enterprise.This paper takes the purchasing business process of Y company of retail enterprise as the research object,based on the theory of business process optimization,analyses the current situation and shortcomings of the purchasing business process,and through the research method of questionnaire,analyses the existing problems of the purchasing process,and sums up the reasons for the problems of the purchasing process from the internal and external aspects.Next,aiming at the shortcomings of Y company's purchasing process,this paper puts forward the optimization solution of Y company's purchasing process by using ESIA and other analysis methods.The solution is optimized from the aspects of procurement management system,procurement responsibility division,procurement approval process,supplier management,and forms the optimized procurement business flow chart.Finally,from the aspects of organization,personnel,mechanism and system,it provides safeguards for the implementation of procurement business process optimization.The effect of process optimization is evaluated from three aspects:procurement process efficiency,improvement of external cooperation relationship and employee satisfaction.This study develops a comprehensive and efficient procurement management process for Y Company,which greatly improves the automation of the company's procurement process.Through the above research,this paper argues that procurement is an indispensable part of the company's daily operation,and is the key to the company's cost control.By standardizing and optimizing the purchasing business process,the company can improve the efficiency of purchasing work,reduce operating costs,and enhance the overall operating efficiency and management level of the company.
