Project operation is one of the most important aspects of the construction company's production and operation,and the project manager is the core of the daily operation of the project.On the project,the project manager is the spokesperson of the company.The project manager needs to be fully responsible for the project,including schedule,quality,safety,measurement,settlement,change,etc.,using his own experience and management capabilities to create benefits for the project.The project benefits directly affect the company's performance,output value and future strategic planning.Because the project manager is the most important part of the construction industry,the company should attach great importance to his performance appraisal.However,most companies still use the old system for performance appraisal,paying too much attention to project performance,while ignoring the actual management level of the project manager.In addition,because the assessment indicators are too simple,the final results of the assessment do not match the company's corporate strategy,and many important strategic indicators cannot be reflected in the assessment system,which ultimately leads to the failure of the corporate strategic indicators.This paper takes the existing performance appraisal system of A construction company project manager as a reference,studies the industry background and corporate strategic concept,collects the content,process and evaluation of the project manager's post assessment,and combines the enterprise strategy and related theories to analyze the problems of the assessment system.On this basis,according to the four elements of the balanced scorecard,a set of performance evaluation system for project managers was designed.After testing,the relationship between performance appraisal system and corporate strategy was effectively strengthened,and the strategic goal of the company was successfully achieved.
