The rapid development of telecommunication industry further drives the transformation and adjustment of the market competition mode in the telecom industry."Go out" and "Internet +" strategy,under the influence of the three major operators to secure its market share,expanding coverage for consumers,not only in the aspect of communication service and communication technology has carried on the hard power,in recent years,along with the gradual deepening,the understanding of "standard" principle,service quality and service team,business development ability and the comprehensive strength of the customer manager team has gradually become an important factor of the three operators compete.In mobile business plan sales activities,customer manager always create economic value,and promote the main components of the enterprise development power,at the same time,also contact moving for a long time cooperation between enterprises and customers and the development key,solid customer manager team,not only to improve the mobile the turnover of the enterprise,also conducive to promote the movement of a continuous healthy development,etc,so consider from human resource management area,create a conform to the scientific and reasonable customer manager performance management system to assist the human resources department is critical for the management of the customer manager group.But from the current situation of domestic mobile enterprise customer manager's performance management,such as decision makers to account manager performance management necessity relative neglect,evaluation criterion is not rigorous,the assessment results is difficult to apply in the actual work medium problem,always affects the communication enterprise customer manager performance management results.Based on this,the paper on the basis of performance appraisal method and theory,the introduction of A corporate account manager performance management needs,the present situation as the analysis object,through the analysis of the problems existing in the performance management of customer manager,find the coping strategies and approaches.After using questionnaire survey method,A corporate account manager performance management problems that exist in the extraction set following account manager performance evaluation indicators and evaluation is not reasonable,the customer manager performance appraisal system is imperfect,account manager performance evaluation result application.In the use of the balanced scorecard as the adjustment of account manager performance evaluation system of A company after tool,this paper put forward the optimization of A enterprise system of account manager performance evaluation methods,ideas,principles,etc.,to protect application effect,suggest A boot top leadership attaches great importance to,carrying out staff training work,the implementation of performance feedback work,make staff incentive system,to set up the evaluation system,the appeal of A correctly handle the relationship between rights and interests of people.
