With the rapid development of economy, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, in order to guarantee the long-term rapid development of the enterprise, in order to be able to emerge in the competition, it is particularly important to human resource. The requirement of enterprise employees is really different from the past and becomes more and more serious. Normal work requirement already cannot satisfy the needs of the development of enterprise. According the research in the past, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior will affect organizational effectiveness.Many research focus on How do you make the employee with more organizational citizenship behavior. Studies have shown that leadership style will affect employee organizational citizenship behavior, and in the local Chinese typical style of leadership is the paternalistic leadership. Studies have proved that paternalistic leadership is widely exist in various types of enterprises. The influence of different style of leadership on organizational citizenship behavior is different with positive influence or negative influence, Perceived organizational support is the support of employees feel from the organization, studies have shown that the perceived organizational support will promote employees organizational citizenship behavior. This study choose perceived organizational support as a moderating variable, by questionnaire investigation, studing influence of paternalistic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.The results show that, benevolent leadership and moral leadership have positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, authoritarian leadership has negative impact on organizational citizenship behavior and the perceived organizational support can regulate the impact of moral leadership and authoritarian leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, but the benevolent leadership is different. And according to the conclusion, the paper puts forward the suggestions to the managers.
