The Research Of Urban Village Reconstruction In ZhengZhou City

Steadily along with our country economy fast development, the overall living standard of regional central cities have been improved and the city scale are expanding year by year, these developments of the resulting in the urbanization process is accelerated. So the village in city phenomenon is widespread because of the acceleration and Chinese "urban and rural dual structure" as the basic characteristics of the regional economic development way. On the one hand the urban villages provide appropriate housing for the floating population and stabilize the local residents living, on the other hand generate a series of unfavorable issues that impede socialist modernization, such as land economic benefit is low, harsh security weakening, intensify social conflicts, hinder the integration of urban and rural development. Therefore, it is one of the symbols of the key to the development of the city in good condition, whether the local urban villages can be good to modify in the process of planning and development of cities. In this paper, after the comparisons and analysis of literature research, author selects the overall urban villages of Zhengzhou city and Yanzhuang village for the specific case, to simply analyze the overall characteristics and problems of urban village reconstruction in Zhengzhou city.Author through field visits, data collection, interview method and the classified analysis in the paper. Firstly summarizes the cause and the development stages of Zhengzhou city overall urban villages, and then select a few representative villages what have been completely transformed, to compare these areas and collect some useful information, and then summarize the restricting factors and the main problems in the development process of Zhengzhou urban village reconstruction. On this basis, the paper selects Yanzhuang village---a new joint, which locates the main artery between in old city with new city, what as a key construction project of urban village by the municipal government---compared before and after the transformation of the main difference, then put forward some issues as the community public facilities not perfect, and households are reduced, public security situation remains to be tested. Summarize the government, villagers and developers how to influence the reconstruction project, the functions what the villagers’social security and the new employment ways are responsible for after transformation. In the end, the paper base on these main issues what come from the reconstruction of Zhengzhou urban villages, and the gradual change perspectives what grow out of all YanZhuang village modification, combining the truth description in the villages of this paper beginning, then putforward the countermeasures and suggestions of Zhengzhou urban village reconstruction. These countermeasures and suggestions are expounded in next aspects:build and perfect the social security system; strengthen the training education villagers, change ideas; the tripartite interests, to achieve "three-win model"; scientific and reasonable planning and promote the reform of the city; the measures for effectively settle the floating population and so on.
