With the disappearance of domestic labor resources advantages and the irreversible trend of increasing labor costs,Manual labor enterprises characterized by labor intensive are constantly facing deteriorating employment relations and continuous compression of profit margins.In this environment,how to effectively reduce the cost of human resources is the key to the company's success in the competition and is also the focus of the company's implementation of improvement.Therefore,as a member of the improvement army,the labor-intensive enterprise L company began to seek improvement on the labor cost of the production line,reducing the personnel cost of the production line and increasing the profit margin.This paper carries out research on the optimal allocation of personnel for the labor cost problem faced by enterprises.Firstly,the author deeply analyzes and summarizes the theoretical literature related to the personnel optimization configuration problem and puts forward into the whole production line system operation and increases efficiency factor;Secondly,from the perspective of the entire processing,the reasons for the labor cost are analyzed and summarized;Once again,the operation setting is improved,and it is scientific and reasonable.On this basis,the multi-objective optimization model is constructed with the goal of minimum number of workers and more uniform processing time,and the operating efficiency level of the production line workers is increased.After the construction of the personnel optimization configuration model and the CPLEX tool to solve the two models,the comparison results verify that the improved model is more advantageous;Finally,the paper analyzes the practicality of the optimization scheme by comparing the labor cost,personnel utilization rate,line balance ratio,production capacity and production efficiency as five evaluation indicators,comparing with the previous production line data and showing the improvement effect with the chart.The improved production line finally achieved the following improvements: in terms of labor cost,the structure of workers has been streamlined,the idlers have been reduced,the labor cost of the line has been reduced,and at least 14280 yuan has been saved for every month;In terms of personnel utilization,the improved production line began to pay attention to the skill level of workers,fully motivated the workers,and improved the utilization rate of personnel;in terms of online balance rate,the production line staffing improvement plan takes into account the work balanceproblem of personnel,and adds the line smoothing coefficient to the model,and the line balance rate is improved by 7.9%;in terms of production capacity,the more scientific and reasonable work assignment of the workers compensates for the shortcomings of the line,which increases the capacity by 14%;In terms of production efficiency,under the premise of considering the difference in efficiency of workers,the cycle is reduced by optimizing the distribution scheme,and the efficiency is increased by 47%.In short,this paper studies the staffing problem from the perspective of the optimal production line system.It is not only limited to optimizing the number of personnel,but also increases the efficiency factor and optimizes the balance problem of personnel.It is the newest way to optimize the production line staffing of other companies by minimizing the input of the production line workers and maximizing fair work.
