With the rapid development of the advertising industry,advertising competition between enterprises,between enterprise's competition is talented person's competition in the final analysis.Advertising artist is staff team construction of powerhouse,is essential to the advertising business development.The professional quality of the current advertising creative talent resource scarcity,remains to be improved.So the advertising creative talent training and the development of advertising companies enhance their core competitiveness has important practical significance.Advertising creative value,scarcity and main characteristics such as difficult to imitative the particularity of advertising creative talent determines the core values of the community,and advertising and the advertising industry important human resources.In this thesis,based on the theory of human resource management,generalizes the research on related literature at home and abroad in the first place.On this basis,from the advertising industry background,characteristics of Wuhan area,Wuhan SZ advertising creative talents demand and so on are studied;Second,using empirical research method,in the industry,on the basis of investigation and research,advertising creative talents for sampling and sample depth interview,analyzing problems,understand the requirements,refined advertising creative talent development.Then,adopts the questionnaire according to their educational background,specialty,the current position,working years,training needs,training will data analysis,obtained significant results;Finally,according to current situation of Wuhan SZ advertising creative talent management company,advertising creative personnel training is put forward combined with career planning,improve the creative talents training,make employee work mode of autonomous learning,etc.Countermeasures and Suggestions.This study aims to enrich theory of human resource management and employee training,improve the company creative talent training scientific decision reference for the systematization and normalization.
