In today's enterprise management,human resources management has become the daily affairs of managers.Enterprises want to build a high-quality,professional,passionate talent team,can not do without a complete incentive system and effective staff incentive mechanism.An effective incentive should be based on promoting employees to achieve the established goals of the organization.As the most precious wealth of enterprises,people have great subjective initiative,mainly reflected in the efficiency and enthusiasm of work.Whether the incentive mechanism is effective or not,and whether the potential wisdom and ability of all employees can be tapped out and become the driving force in the process of enterprise innovation and development,are the criteria to test the success of the incentive mechanism.Based on literature analysis,questionnaires and human resources management,this paper systematically studies the innovation of staff incentive mechanism in TY Water Supply Group.The main research contents are as follows: on the basis of a brief introduction to TY Water Supply Group,TY is offered in terms of post responsibility system,salary incentive mechanism,performance incentive mechanism,compulsory welfare and paid vacation welfare incentive mechanism.The current situation of staff incentive mechanism in Water Group is described.The problems of staff incentive mechanism in TY Water Supply Group are analyzed by combining questionnaire survey with field investigation.The staff incentive mechanism scheme suitable for TY Water Supply Group is designed: adjusting group management structure,developing and training group culture,innovating staff performance appraisal mechanism,reforming group employee system,training staff participation and sense of belonging to the group;Take TY Water Supply Group Metrology and Testing Center as an example,formulate the specific economic responsibility system assessment methods and details of the measurement and testing center,and assess the departments of the center;and summarize the implementation effect of TY Water Supply Group staff incentivemechanism innovation program from two aspects of economic and cultural effects.Through the above research,it can provide a theoretical basis for the innovation of the new incentive mechanism for employees of TY Water Supply Group,and has a certain practical guiding value for the specific implementation of the incentive mechanism innovation.
