With the advent of knowledge economy,the fierce market competition has intensified competition between enterprises in China,thus human resources become the most important and valuable resources.The competition in the present society is fundamentally talents competition.Therefore,how to attract,retain,manage and utilize human resources and how to make our enterprises fully exerting the efficiency of internal human resources have become the problems faced by many domestic enterprises.Based on the background,this paper uses literature research and the method that combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to carry out series of researches on human resources incentive question of Frestech Group.The author firstly elaborates the background significance,content and purpose,research methods,the status quo home and abroad,and the problems existing in the paper and then,summarizes and studies the relevant theory of motivation and incentive mechanism.On this basis,through analyzing the current situation of the incentive mechanism,discrepancies espotted from four aspects: material incentive,spirit incentives,technology and environmental incentives.Aiming at the actual problems of the incentive mechanism of Frestech Group,the author combining professional knowledge with Frestech Group's actual situation,analysis the reason and tries to put forward the improvement measures to make new employees get inspired from all aspects,such as material,spirit,technology and environment.So as to shape an employee creativity environment and mechanism,such as multiple incentives,make employees under such an environment and mechanism,which enables the employees to develop their own inner potential,so as to improve the overall efficiency of Frestech Group...
