Under the current situation,the development of communication technology and Internet technology is developing rapidly.The convenient network and communication services brought by them have changed the life and production activities of today's human beings.With the advent of the mobile Internet era,people's experience of mobile phone functions has been upgraded from the initial voice and SMS to fast and stable network communication with low network delay.Traditional voice and short message services have been greatly impacted by Internet applications,which affects the income and profits of operators.Traffic business marketing will become operators' opportunities and challenges for further development.It has become the focus of 4G traffic business marketing in Inner Mongolia Mobile R Branch to meet the needs of users,change the marketing strategy,accelerate the promotion of traffic business,and excavate the deep value of traffic.This paper takes the 4G traffic business marketing of Inner Mongolia Mobile R Branch as the research object,through the methods of data collection,inductive analysis and comparative research,expounds the basic situation of mobile r branch.From the perspective of marketing,this paper analyses the development status of 4G traffic business,and draws the existing problems and reasons through comprehensive analysis.Through SWOT analysis,the shortcomings and threats of current traffic marketing of R Branch are obtained.With regard to threats and deficiencies,this paper uses the marketing combination strategy to improve the R branch traffic business marketing strategy.The optimization strategy can be roughly divided into cooperative development of innovative convergence business,deep excavation of traffic value,expansion of campus market and group customer channels,and emphasis on online and offline promotional activities.Finally,a series of measures to ensure the normal implementation of the traffic business strategy,so as to effectively increase the feasibility of the enterprise's marketing strategy.
