With the ever-increasing of service industrialization and the dominant status of service in national economy, service providing and innovation has become a new source of enterprises' value growth. The uncertainty of the competitive environment and the complexity of modern innovation process have increased the difficulty of enterprise innovation. The “knowledgebased service” has prompted enterprises to fully explore the complementary knowledge of internal and external.Service innovation relies more and more on external resource, and has gradually turned into open innovation.Supply chain organizations often obtain shared knowledge through effective external search, which make up for the lack of knowledge of innovation. However, the interests of supply chain enterprises are relatively independent, and the dynamic changes in the quality of relationship will affect the closeness and complementarity of member companies. As the qualifications, foundations and capabilities of the member companies are not uniform, regardless of the objective environment or subject will, the knowledge sharing will not be a one-step process. The multi-dimensionality of relationship quality may have different influences in supply chain search, knowledge sharing and innovation. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the influence mechanism.Early researchers mainly studied the external search and its influencing factors in the background of industrialized product innovation in developed countries.Since then, domestic scholars have begun to pay attention to the single impact of external search and knowledge sharing on organizational innovation performance, focusing on variables such as relationship learning, absorptive capacity. There is still a huge black box for the discussion of the inevitable connection and internalization mechanism between the two,and there are many differences in domestic and international research conclusions. There are many researches based on product innovation and technological innovation, and less on the new opportunities brought about by external search from the perspective of service innovation.Based on the perspective of servicedominant logic and value co-creation,this study combines external search theory with theories of knowledge sharing, service innovation, and relationship quality to explore how external search and knowledge sharing activities can be carried out among supply chain organizations, and its effectiveness on the impact of service innovation performance, and to examine whether the quality of supply chain relationships plays a moderated role in the process. This research takes enterprises of supply chain as research object, through the online and offline combination of questionnaire data collection, using SPSS21.0 and Amos20.0 statistical tools to analyze 207 valid samples. The results show that:(1)the external search between supply chain organizations has a positive impact on service innovation performance;(2)knowledge sharing has a positive impact on service innovation performance;(3)external search has a positive impact on knowledge sharing;4)knowledge sharing has some mediating effects in the relationship between external search and service innovation performance;(5)The quality of supply chain relationship plays a moderating role in the relationship between external search and knowledge sharing,as well as knowledge sharing and service innovation performance.Through the exploration of the above problems, this paper explores the relationship between supply chain organizations external search, knowledge sharing, supply chain relationship quality and service innovation performance, enriches the domestic service innovation theory research, and hope to provide both theoretical and practical guidance for supply chain relationship management and knowledge management.
