In recent years, the preferential tax policy and the broad market prospect have been attracting more and more companies to enter the energy services industry. But many energy service companies’foundation are short, most of them are small and medium enterprises, their research and development ability and equity trading ability are very weak. The lack of continuous innovation has become an important reason for Chinese energy service industry that is big but not strong. So how to promote energy service company(ESCO) through technology and service innovation to build the core competitiveness of enterprises is a key issue to be solved. However,the development time of energy-saving service industry in our country is not long, research is still lack of corresponding theory, the problem is still not solved. In this context, this study started from a customer relations point of view, to explore that whether the ESCO will improve there product and service by ameliorating their customer relationship and enhancing knowledge sharing activity.Our study first reviews the research literature about relationship quality, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, then we divide the relationship quality into two dimensions, trust and commitment, and divide the knowledge sharing into explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing two aspects based on the theoretical foundation. We present our hypotheses and established the relationship model of relationship quality, knowledge sharing, innovation performance. In this paper, the enterprise scale and the nature of company as control variables in the model. Reference to domestic and overseas study,we design our paper questionnaire, verify and modify the questionnaire by the data analysis of a small sample survey. Through the distribution and collection the large sample questionnaire, statistics by SPSS19.0, we verify the research hypothesis and model. According to the the conclusions of our study, we put forward some management suggestions. Based on review of the research, we point out the lack of our study and put forward some future research directions. The conclusions of our study are as follows:1, Relationship quality can be divided into two dimensions of trust and commitment, and trust has a significant positive effect on commitment.2, Generally speaking, the relationship quality has positive influence on the knowledge sharing and two dimensions of knowledge sharing. Trust and commitment of relationship quality, has positive effect on the explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing.3, Generally speaking, relationship quality has a significant positive effect on innovation performance, the trust dimension of relationship quality has no significant effect on innovation performance, commitment can influence the innovation performance significantly.4, Knowledge sharing can affect innovation performance significantly,but the explicit knowledge sharing effect on the innovation performance is not significant, the tacit knowledge sharing can influence the innovation performance significantly.5, Both knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing play partial mediating role in the relationship between relationship quality and innovation performance, but the explicit can not play an intermediary role. Both knowledge sharing and its dimensions can not play an intermediary role between trust and innovation performance. Between commitment and innovation, tacit knowledge sharing plays play partial mediating role, but explicit knowledge sharing can not play a mediating role.
