As an important part of enterprise human resources system,enterprise training system can establish a deep learning cycle within the enterprise,constantly improve the learning ability of employees and enterprises,and then continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In manufacturing industry,the perfection of enterprise training system is closely related to the quality of product.Through training,employees can master the necessary production technology and understand the compliance risk points,so as to enhance their working ability,and ultimately produce qualified products,so that enterprises can gain advantages in market competition.Q Company is a pharmaceutical preparation manufacturing enterprise.Due to the poor training effect,the quality of its products declined in the first three quarters of 2018.Therefore,improving the training effect of Q company has become an urgent problem for company management.From the perspective of improving the existing training system of Q company,this paper studies the factors that affect the satisfaction of training system,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training system through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad.This paper first introduces the background of Q company and the current situation of staff training,then select some production line employees,base level team leaders,middle and senior managers for detailed interviews,preliminary understanding of the reasons affecting the training effect,and design questionnaires based on the results of interviews,to conduct a questionnaire survey on the training effect of employees and its influencing factors.After the questionnaire was collected,the sample data were processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Through descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods,the correlation between the key elements of the training system and the training effect is analyzed,as well as the influence degree of the key elements on the training effect,so as to diagnose the main reasons for the poor training effect of Q company at present,including: Firstly,lack of training needs analysis;Secondly,poor training implementation and control,single training form,also there is also a lack of hardware support;thirdly,inadequate management of trainers,unreasonable requirements for teachers,ignoring the development of trainers’ resources;Fourthly,inadequate management of training assessment,unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of both trainers and trainees.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures according to the reality of Q company: Firstly,optimize the organizational structure of training,so that the training function more reflects its human resource management attributes;Secondly,strengthen training needs analysis,use scientific demand analysis model and demand collection tools,so that needs analysis can be targeted;Thirdly,improve training level of implementation and control,enrich the ways and means of training implementation,and pay attention to the balance between training and staff live;Fourthly,improve the management system of trainers,improve the requirements for trainers,broaden the way for recruiting excellent trainers,and give the trainers material and spiritual encouragement;Fifthly,improve the management of training assessment.
