The global economic crisis,which is caused by the US subprime lending,brings a huge challenge to China's economy.With the slowdown in China's economic growth,a large number of small express companies go bankrupt.And almost every big express company is taking action, such as people reduction and improvement of work efficiency,to effectively control cost and enhance their competitiveness and viability in the market.Undoubtedly,human capital expenditure accounts for the largest amount of the expenditure in the corporation.Under the circumstances of pessimistic market economy,the competition among express companies is more reflected in the competition of talents and management.In the key activities of planning and implementing corporate strategies,human resources management,especially staff training,is a core management activity.As a result,the key problems that must be solved by the corporate human resources department lie in the ways a corporation use to implement more effective resources,build core competitiveness,enhance the quality of staff,design and carry out trainings that meet the requirements of strategic development.This thesis starts from the basic theory of training,by using the basic theory and research methods under modern corporate system,analysing and researching the present training system of A Company of a domestic private express corporation.Based on these analyses and research, through analysing corporate strategy and making clear training strategy,the text makes a detailed analysis of the relationship between corporate training and strategy,including its relationship with overall strategy,competitive strategy and development strategy,and explains the basic demands of strategy-oriented training and its main difference from traditional training.Moreover, the text is in the attempt to explore and set up a training system which corresponds with the operating and human resources strategy of A Company,and with the market economy,that is,to set up the staff training system based on strategy,making training better service the needs of corporate strategy,achieving the simultaneous development of staff and corporation,truly accomplishing the training goal,enhancing the competitiveness of corporate human resources, and laying the foundation of sustainable and healthy development for the corporation.In the process of analyses,this text makes use of the combination of literature reading and questionnaire survey,theoretical and empirical research,combines the theoretical explanation and realistic cases,in the attempt to making sure that the staff training and corporate strategy can be closely integrated,so as to provide the corporate strategic development with a strong human resources support and bring about significant economic benefits.
