A Preliminary Study On The Tourism Utilization Of University Campus

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more people pay attention to the high quality of life consumption.As a kind of cultural tourism,campus tourism is gradually pushed into the tourists 'vision.In recent years,the tourism utilization of university campus in China has developed rapidly.In practice,however,there are still many problems.For example,Xiamen University,which was once rated as one of the "most beautiful universities in China," was overcrowded every tourist season and once caused dissatisfaction among teachers and students in the school.To this end,schools have begun to implement limited open management.However,tourists have different opinions.Some people think that universities are social,belong to the public and should be open.Some people think that universities are places of teaching and scientific research,not attractions.From this point of view,the tourist utilizing of university campus is a problem worth studying.Firstly,this paper uses the methods of literature retrieval and field investigation to analyze the tourist utilizing of university campus,namely,whether the university can be used for tourism.Although the tourist utilizing of university campus will bring positive and negative effects to the school in terms of economy,environment and culture,it can be found that it has certain feasibility after analysis,and it is very significant for the public and the university itself.significance.However,whether it is open or not,its initiative should be controlled by the university itself.At present,the tourist utilizing of university campus mainly includes two types:market self-use and university self-use.The form of tourism used by the market spontaneously is of little significance for the healthy and orderly development of campus tourism.Schools should make sufficient preparations for the transformation from spontaneous use of the market to the use of universities to realize the true value of university campus tourism.We will ensure the healthy and orderly development of school tourism.Secondly,the author analyzes the theoretical construction of the tourist utilizing of university campus.The ultimate purpose of the tourist utilizing of university campus is to promote the development of schools and tourism and the formation of a good sociocultural atmosphere.Of course,it is not an unlimited opening.The tourist utilizing of university campus should adhere to the principle of moderate development according to actual conditions,achieve orderly management,and pay attention to tourist capacity.Atthe same time,the interests of different stakeholder groups should be balanced as far as possible.Thirdly,the paper studies the practical implementation of the tourist utilizing of university campus.The active use of the tourist utilizing of university campus should be left to students.At the same time,the time and space used for campus tourism must be limited.Finally,the above research will be applied in the case of Qingdao University.Qingdao University has various advantages suitable for tourism utilization.It analyzes the current tourism utilization situation of Qingdao University and further proposes strategies for future tourism utilization based on the previous theories and implementation studies to promote the healthy development of campus tourism utilization.
