So the important topic currently of the university is researching and solving these problems.Through analyzing the investment system in high education of our country, the paper pointed that the input on high education of our country could not satisfy the financial demand of colleges and universities in their development. Therefore, colleges and universities loaned money from banks. On this basis, the paper analyzed the background, current situation and reasons of colleges and universities liabilities in our country.
