At present,the financial industry faces more and more challenges,and the diversification of financial channels and financial platforms makes the competition between the financial industries more and more fierce.The Jinjiang banks,especially the state-owned banks,which mainly serve the economy of the financial entity,suffer from the influence of economic fluctuation.The "middle-aged staff" of its main body is gradually appearing with the job burnout of the state-owned banks and so on,so it is very important to improve the working spirit of the middle-aged staff in the banking industry.This thesis will make a thorough analysis of the existing theoretical framework of the spirit of dedication through combing the research foundation of the domestic and international scholars.One is to list the theoretical foundation,the influence factors and the measuring methods of the spirit of dedication,the other is to study the middle-aged employees’ group,and the third is to improve the spirit of dedication.Based on the research of research theory,the current human resources management of Jinjiang A Bank and the status quo of middle-aged employees,this paper constructs the model of professional spirit measurement by the two-dimensional theory of "work-organization".In the investigation,the author makes reference to the “contract theory” and the methods of the “Gallup” and “Aon Hewit”,combines the actual situation of Jinjiang A Bank and the bank system and work attribute,and combines the characteristics of the bank "drop-off" in the survey and subsequent analysis,uses the "fair theory" to carry on the investigation and design,finally divides the influence factors of professional spirit into "personal trait,work position,organization management" module,and analyzes the factors of professional spirit in Jinjiang A Bank.Considering that there are few researches on the employment of the middle-aged employees in the bank,the author tries to provide some reference value for the promotion of the working spirit of the middle-aged employees in the bank of Jinjiang City and the practical value for the management of the human resources managers in the financial institutions.
