Since 1993, the construction of the basic frame of the socialist market economy has been more than 20 years of development, and the great success of the market reform has been made. In the party’s eighteen report, the national economic lifeline of the national economic development of state-owned enterprises put forward further requirements. In this period of economic transformation, the state-owned enterprises are gradually restructuring, the baptism of the market. In the face of competition from foreign enterprises and domestic private enterprises, in order to better develop and grow, state-owned enterprises should pay more attention to the mobilization and rational allocation of various resources. Human resource is a special and important resource for the development of enterprises. It is the most dynamic and flexible part of all kinds of production factors. How to mobilize and stimulate the potential of human resources is the adjustment of the development of state-owned enterprises.Aged 35 years old-55 years of age as a significant group of employees in the state-owned enterprises. From a personal point of view, middle-aged employees in their long time to accumulate a lot of experience, they tend to have skilled work skills; in many years of work on the work partners and the environment has produced a feeling and dependence on the formation of high loyalty to the enterprise, has made this part of the staff is well adapted to work, a strong stability. From the perspective of the state-owned enterprises, most middle-aged employees in the enterprises in the high-level, affecting the normal operation of enterprises, in the enterprise development plays a key role of a connecting link between the preceding and the following.This paper tries to analyze and study the work and the psychological reality of the state-owned enterprises, combined with the theory of motivation and related theories.
