Since 30 years of reform and opening, as a pillar of China's four state-owned banking sector commercial banks, experienced from the national to the state-owned specialized banks, commercial banks, to the growth of international public holding company transformation, due to historical and institutional reasons, lagging human resource management, system is bloated. Most of the existing employees concentrated in the 35-50 age group between the ages, which is mostly middle-aged employees. Middle-aged employees in the second and third years of work has accumulated a wealth of experience, They are often highly skilled, loyal, strong stability, they are the mainstay of state-owned commercial banks. With the growing trend of financial globalization, the banking industry into the white heat of competition, because of the homogenization of serious between Domestic banking products and services, so the key to victory is Competition for talent , depends on How to motivate the middle-aged employees.This paper elaborates in four parts, the first part is the introduction, questions and in the light at Home and Abroad, that middle-aged burnout of staff for the hazards. The second part defines the framework of theoretical research. The third part of the state-owned commercial banks, human resources and incentives for status quo. The fourth part, based on the needs of middle-aged employees and job burnout and other reasons related to analysis, the construction of middle-aged employees incentives recommendations.
