Study On Project Selection For Internet E-Commerce Project Launch Phase

Today's internet e-commerce has entered into everyone's life,as internet e-commerce is developing and internet is spreading,more and more internet e-commerce projects are springing up.Research on project selection in the project launch,can improve the efficiency of venture capital institutions,promotes the healthy development of venture capital industry.To meet the needs of project selection mechanism on project selection,this paper introduces best choice selection model,which could offer rational selection advice through lots of scientific approach with systematic thinking from an objective angle,and then project selection mechanism could reduce the reliance on the subjective preference to a certain degree,form a set of project selection process that could effectively select project.Best choice selection system mainly contains the following three aspects: Firstly,based on characteristics of the project,through KANO and QFD theory,to design match flow between project and project selection mechanism;Secondly,build one specified selection system,including fuzzy mathematic theory,to pick out the project satisfies risk requirement;Thirdly,establish project library according to accumulated project data,to provide highly matched case for a new project,and thus provide a decision reference.This paper analyzes and evaluates selection indicators for each of the three real projects,and finally selects the best project based on the project selection process of the best choice selection system.Practice results show that best choice selection system could deal with the selection of projects well with strong operability.
