Through the marketing plan of the A company, this article discusses how to manage the marketing plan which involves the scope broadly, continues the cycle long and invests the resource much more in executive process. Taking the marketing plan of the A company as a foundation, we discusses the relation between the plan and the project. We discover the common place between both. We elaborate the feasibility of management by project of the A company' s marketing plan in executive process. And then we state the operation flow and the method of management by project.We find the content of management by project of the A company' s marketing plan in executive process. It includes scope management, time management and cost management. And we propose the key content of management by project of the marketing plan in executive process.On the base of theoretical analysis, we carry on the actual operation of management by project of the A company' s marketing plan in executive process. We utilize the method of scope management, time management and cost management of project management in the operating process. And also we propose the difference in detail between project management and management by project of the marketing plan in executive process.
