At present,the pharmaceutical industry is driven by China's big health strategy.Under the background of the country's strengthening supervision over the abuse of antibiotics and promoting the development of Chinese medicine,the Sunflower Group,which is mainly engaged in proprietary Chinese medicines,is operating under the company's correct business strategy.In recent years,income has maintained rapid growth.At the same time,the company's products are mainly based on generic drugs and OTC.The marketing model is mainly based on chain operation.The competition in this field is also very fierce,and the profit rate in the industry is low.Under the company's goal of continuous revenue generation,the company now pays more attention to product research and development,product upgrade management,marketing breakthroughs,etc.However,the company's workforce is aging,there is a shortage of innovative talents,and core talent reserves are outstanding.Therefore,research on sunflower company's construction of the talent training system and training system is very important.By analyzing the current situation of the Sunflower Group's training system construction,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the construction of the Sunflower Group's training system: disconnection with company strategy;lack of linkage with human resource management;lack of drive for employee career development;the training system guarantee and training operation management deficiency,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems.After that,based on the development characteristics of the Sunflower Group and the theory of modern training system construction,the optimization principles,framework and optimization design suggestions of the Sunflower Group training system were put forward.In terms of the qualification system,it can be optimized through the design of career development channels,the development of qualification standards and certification evaluation.In terms of training operation system,the training process system and training management system can be optimized.In terms of training resource system,internal teachers and training courses can be optimized.During theimplementation of the optimization design,the principles of objectives,effectiveness and continuous improvement should be strictly observed.Meanwhile,the strategy of optimizing training links,optimizing the integration of training resources and improving the training quality management system should be adopted.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction and optimization of the training system of the Sunflower Group,the guarantee measures for the construction and optimization design of the training system of the Sunflower Group were established from three aspects,including the guarantee of the training management system,the talent development mechanism and system,and the management department organization.The training system of the Sunflower Group established in this paper can solve the problem of talent shortage in the company,cultivate the leadership of middle and high level,cultivate the professional skills of core employees,and improve the overall quality of employees,so as to meet the development requirements of the company.
