With the continuous development of city group,the spatial organization efficiency of city group has attracted more and more attention from scholars.the Yangtze River Delta city group has developed very mature in China,but it still needs to improve its spatial organization efficiency.In this paper,we choose the Yangtze River Delta city group as the research object,by " Literature Review,Theoretical Analysis,Efficiency Measures,Influential Factor Model Test and Propose Paths,based on the analysis of connotation,action mechanism and change mechanism of city group spatial organization efficiency,build the Yangtze river delta city group spatial organization,respectively,input and output efficiency index evaluation system and the operation efficiency evaluation model,to find related data of 2003-2016,to evaluate Yangtze river delta city group input and output efficiency and operation efficiency.First,through the related literature review,including the efficiency theory,space efficiency,efficiency of cities,city group,found that the current research on city group spatial organization efficiency,most take the city as the research object,and short of the space factors and organizational factors.at the same time,It is not comprehensive to replace the spatial organization efficiency of city group with the input-output efficiency of city group,and the established input-output efficiency index evaluation system is not scientific and reasonable.Secondly,in order to systematically and comprehensively understand the spatial organization efficiency of city group.Through the related literature review,from the space combination and configuration elements flow,economic and environmental profit and loss,and behavior of local government,the coordination of industry,space and traffic to define the connotation of city group spatial organization efficiency.Then,based on the definition of the spatial organizational efficiency of city group,the action mechanism and change mechanism of spatial organizational efficiency of city group are proposed.Based on the mechanism of the spatial organization efficiency of city group,the spatial organization efficiency of city group is divided into two parts: input and output efficiency and operation efficiency.The evolution mechanism of spatial organization efficiency of city group includes market mechanism,institutional factors and information technology.Then,construct comprehensive evaluation system of city group spatial organization input and output efficiency and operation efficiency model,and find out related data of 2003-2016 of the Yangtze river delta,to measure the city group input and output efficiency and operation efficiency respectively.by the weighted average,obtained the efficiency of city group spatial organization.Found both input-output efficiency of Yangtze river delta city group spatial organization and operation efficiency have shortcomings,and city group spatial organization operation efficiency is lower than the input-output efficiency of city group spatial organization.Yangtze river delta city group spatial organization input-output efficiency,almost rise in the overall weak fluctuation in recent 14 years,but the input and output efficiency varies greatly between cities,and the differences present stage characteristics.The gap widened before 2010 and has narrowed since.In terms of operating efficiency,the prominent problem is that there is not strong interindustry relations.Then,the factors influencing the input-output efficiency and operational efficiency of spatial organization of Yangtze river delta city group are analyzed.Through the obstacle factor model and fixed effect model,the factors influencing spatial organization input-output efficiency of the Yangtze river delta city group were analyzed,and found that:(1)under the condition of the other variables constant,urban spatial organization efficiency and city scale appear inverted u-shaped relationship.(2)the urban pollution output has a significant negative impact on the input-output efficiency.In the obstacle factor model,the top five obstacle indicators are pollution output,government expenditure,fixed asset investment,city employees and the total population of city group.Among them,the two factors that have the greatest impact on the spatial organization efficiency of the Yangtze river delta city group are pollution output and government expenditure respectively,with the average obstacle degree of 18.79% and 15.71% respectively.That is,in the past 14 years,the average degree of influence of pollution output on the input-output efficiency of spatial organization of Yangtze river delta city group is 18.79%.The average influence of government intervention on the input-output efficiency of spatial organization of Yangtze river delta city group is 15.71%.The influencing factors of operational efficiency are: the development degree of city group,spatial distribution relation of urban nodes,industrial structure of city group,traffic network and accessibility.Finally,according to the calculation of efficiency,the analysis of influencing factors and the economic development of the Yangtze river delta city group,put forward the path of the Yangtze river delta city group spatial organization efficiency improvement: dislocation development mode of Metropolitan area and industrial chain integration mode.Both of these models involve cross-regional flows of elements,requiring the establishment of government coordination mechanism.
