The rapid development of economy has brought about a great demand for human resources.At the same time,with the rapid development of enterprises,staff leaving has increasingly become a serious problem faced by enterprises in a state of rapid development.Considering the regional property of China's economic,the high mobility of staff is more prominent in the manufacturing industry of the Pearl River Delta.The staff leaving in manufacturing industry directly not only affects the production efficiency of enterprises,but also has a great impact on the inheritance of enterprise culture and the implementation of management ideas.Therefore,finding the main factors affecting the staff leaving of manufacturing industry and taking appropriate measures to lower the staff leaving rate have become the most urgent problem faced by manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta.In order to solve this problem,LX company served by the author was selected as the research object.The relevant theory and research situation at home and abroad were summarized and more attentions were paid on the Preiss Model,which was the main theoretical basis of the thesis.By collecting the data of staff leaving of LX in recent years,twelve main factors affecting staff leaving in LX were summarized.Using AHP analytic method,the factors rank of staff leaving in LX was obtained and the corresponding solutions were further proposed according to the above analysis.The above analysis lowers the staff leaving rate of LX by using the effective human resources management means and provides a positive reference for the same enterprises.In this paper,relevant viewpoints of staff leaving were given using the literature induction method and five main influencing factors of the Preiss model were emphasized in the thesis.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the existing views on staff leaving in academic community,the data analysis on the turnover interview form of LX during the years from 2014 to 2017 was conducted.Twelve main factors affecting staff leaving in LX Company were summarized,which constructs the judgment matrix of AHP.The interviews on relevant managers and the relevant personnel of HR department in LX were carried carefully,and the result shows that the platform for entrepreneurship in the social aspect,the salary factors in the enterprise aspect and the physical factors in personal aspects are the most important factors among the twelve factors affecting the staff leaving of LX.In view of the main influencing factors discussed above,some useful suggestions were provided for decreasing the staff leaving rate by the author.The suggestions include three aspects.First,setting an incentive mechanism to encourage internal entrepreneurship and adjust the job responsibilities for coping with entrepreneurship platform problem is proposed under the basis of analyzing the specific situation of staff entrepreneurship intention.Second,improving welfare and equity incentives from the salary constitute might be deal the challenges deduced from salary.Third,regular physical examination,organizational exercise,and flexible working arrangement help employees balance work and life directly and indirectly,which deceases the impact on the staff leaving of LX company.
