Domestic and foreign scholars' research on the factors affecting M&A integration mainly focuses on corporate strategy,culture,human resources,finance,etc.,and most of the research only proposes integration ideas for single influencing factors,and cannot deeply analyze the internal interaction between variables.Mechanism problem.In the practice of work,the risk of mergers and acquisitions faced by enterprises is diversified and dynamic.A single analysis model is difficult to verify and effectively guide practice.This paper collects and organizes the merger and acquisition case of company ABC in the past ten years,and adopts qualitative comparison analysis method(QCA)based on human resources perspective.Based on summarizing the previous research results and existing experience,it uses set theory and Boolean operation as the basis.The research foundation analyzes the multi-faceted variables that influence the integration of mergers and acquisitions.This paper is based on the research on the influencing factors of human resource management in human resources vision.In the research,other variables that have an important influence on M&A integration will be introduced to solve the configuration problem of complex causality and achieve practical significance.Through research,it is found that the six variables of the credibility,managerial power,human resource management,centralized fund management,M&A strategy and payment method have formed seven different antecedent conditional configurations that affect the failure of M&A integration.Drive model classification by ignoring the antecedent conditional configuration with the same core conditions,and then classify them into three types: negative institutional dominant,CEO personal willing,and internal and external.In the negative system-oriented type,it is found that the comprehensive human resource management and control of the acquired enterprises and the limited management decision-making power of the managers are one of the driving modes leading to the failure of the merger and acquisition of the enterprise;in the CEO's personal willingness,the CEO is found to be a crony "The value of the determination,and then through the payment of mergers and acquisitions in cash to ensure that the control is not diluted is more conducive to the realization of the realization of the right to benefit,this behavior once the occurrence of the merger of the company must fail;internal and external cooperation with the dominant type,found that when the merger When the purpose of mergers and acquisitions is not to improve the business development and competitiveness of the company,the pre-merger replacement of shares and high-value cash acquisitions are more conducive to the realization of the merger and acquisition benefits of the two companies,this behavior occurs once,the merger of enterprises mergers and acquisitions Inevitably failed.This paper empirically analyzes the practical significance of different antecedent conditional configurations in M&A integration.
