| After the financial crisis of the United States in 2008,the global economy entered a depression.The United States put forward the strategy of "re-industrialization",Germany put forward the strategy of "industry 4.0",Britain put forward the strategy of "high-value manufacturing".The United States and European countries hope to achieve the revival of manufacturing industry by adopting the strategy of fostering new industries and supporting traditional industries simultaneously,which indicates that the global industrial division of labor will undergo tremendous changes.Leather.With the deepening of industrial division and the development of technology,the value-added space of tangible products is limited,and the competitive potential of intangible services will become an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.With China’s economy entering a new normal,the traditional economic model is difficult to provide new growth momentum,so it is urgent to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through industrial transformation and industrial innovation.Under such severe internal and external challenges,in 2015,the Chinese government put forward the "Made in China 2025" plan,which pointed out that accelerating the coordinated development of manufacturing and service,promoting the innovation of business model and industrial form,and actively promoting the transformation of manufacturing industry to service-oriented manufacturing.Under the above-mentioned domestic and international background,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises.Only by fully understanding the current situation of the competitiveness of serviceoriented manufacturing enterprises,summing up the shortcomings and inheriting the experience already gained,can we formulate a more practical and guiding strategic plan for enterprise development.Firstly,according to the theory of enterprise competitiveness evaluation and the characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises,this paperconstructs an evaluation system consisting of six aspects: service ability,operation scale,profitability,operation ability,growth ability and risk resistance ability.Taking 33 typical service-oriented manufacturing enterprises in A shares as the research object,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises by factor analysis.The results show that the scale-marketing-cash factor has the greatest impact on the competitiveness of serviceoriented manufacturing enterprises,accounting for about 30% of the total weight.At the same time,service elements are distributed in the first and second main factors,which shows that the impact of service elements on the competitiveness of enterprises in the current stage is very important.From the comprehensive ranking distribution,the top ranking enterprises have strong comprehensive service capabilities,which indicates that the key direction of future development of service-oriented manufacturing is to enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of enterprises in two directions: broadening the types of service items and cultivating systematic service capabilities.Secondly,according to the results of factor analysis,17 enterprises with strong systemic service capability are selected to make a comparative analysis on seven main factors.It is found that improving and tapping the potential of traditional competitive factor indicators is another way to enhance the competitiveness of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises.Finally,according to the analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises are put forward. |
