Helicopter is an aircraft flight provided by one or more horizontal rotors tolift and propulsion. Because of helicopters’ unique characteristics make thatother fixed-wing aircraft does not have, making it widely used on variousoccasions. Helicopter industry in developed countries now entered the maturestage, gradually formed. Although China’s helicopter industry started early, itdeveloped slowly. Hafei Aviation Industry Co. is a rare helicopter manufacturingcompany. So the research of Hafei firm competitiveness is able to offerdevelopment strategy in the heated helicopter market which is also of greatsignificance to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise.Research uses the literature analysis method for qualitative research, andalso builds the model and use the factor analysis method for quantitative research.According to the analysis of helicopter market, makes that the world’s six largesthelicopter manufacturers have90%percent market share. Domestic helicopterdue to technical resources policy has been on the fake road in the past, anddevelops very slowly. China’s helicopter industry is starting to accelerate inrecent years, but it still exposes technology facilities, helicopter supportpersonnel shortages, airspace reform and other issues. This paper analyzes thefactors which affect found that macro on advancing reform of low-altitudeairspace, its huge demand for helicopters, government to the scientific researchenterprise technical support and the development of tourism provides a goodmacro environment for Hafei. Medium term shows that the health of thehelicopter industry on the environment and the microscopic Hafei itself has thecapability of enterprises are the important factors that affect the enterprisecompetitiveness. Then build evaluation index system and using SPSS factoranalysis choose4comprehensive indexes from the24indicators.Through scientific analysis, author gives the conclusion that the greatestinfluence of the Hafei enterprises competitiveness and Hafei should increaseinvestment in scientific research to enhance their innovation competitiveness,optimize the allocation of resources in order to enhance business competitivenessand overall strategic objectives to strengthen the competitive power for profit, atthe same time, the government should vigorously support in order to strengthenthe competitiveness for the whole helicopter industry.
