Research On The Improvement Of FK Corporate Governance Structure

With the trend of economic globalization becoming more and more obvious,the economic exchanges between countries are getting closer and closer.As a result,profound changes have taken place in various kinds of practical activities in corporate governance.The ultimate goal of corporate governance is not the same.Nevertheless,all sectors of society have realized the importance of corporate governance and attached great importance to it.Effective corporate governance,on the one hand,can promote enterprises to achieve great long-term performance,on the other hand,is conducive to ensuring the sustainable,healthy and stable operation of the modern market system.The domestic corporate governance structure refers to the different models of various countries,thus fully demonstrating the national characteristics.In addition,the Chinese characteristics are also effectively highlighted.In the process of corporate governance,the Party and the government play a huge role.At this stage,our country has carried out in-depth and comprehensive research on corporate governance structure,the main content of which is the various influencing factors and how to optimize the corporate governance structure scientifically.Many scholars have focused on the internal relationship between corporate governance structure and corporate performance,but they have not carried out comprehensive research for specific enterprises.Each enterprise has its own characteristics,which leads to the different relationship between corporate governance structure and corporate performance.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,investigation and case analysis.Firstly,it elaborates the theory of corporate governance structure,and introduces the literature of various countries in the world in this respect,which is conducive to the company's in-depth study of corporate governance structure.Secondly,by investigating the current situation and characteristics of FK CNC company,it analyses the problems existing in the corporate governance structure of FK CNC company,and some of them are listed below.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to optimize corporate governance,such as optimizing the ownershipstructure,strengthening the independent board of directors system,optimizing the functions of the board of supervisors,and implementing the management incentive system.It also gives the safeguard measures to build the core culture of the enterprise,strengthen human resources management,enhance the executive ability of employees,and improve the salary system of employees,so as to ensure the implementation of the suggestions.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,relevant policy recommendations are put forward and summarized.This paper combines the relevant theories of corporate governance structure,through the summary and analysis of the current situation and main problems of corporate governance structure of CNC,and then puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of corporate governance structure,so as to lay a theoretical and practical foundation for continuously improving its corporate governance structure and achieving greater performance,which has a certain reference value.
