| With the upgrading of standard of national living,people’s demand for travel is becoming stronger.Leisure travel for the purpose of leisure vacation gradually replaces the simple sightseeing tour,designated group tour,and becomes the first choice for people to travel.Island tourism,as one of the means of the leisure vacation tours,is becoming more and more popular.According to “2017China Leisure and Holiday Index Report”,island tour ranked the first in the list for attention.The“2017 International Island Tourism Big Data Report” shows that island tour is becoming the most popular tourism choice for domestic tourists.China is abundant for its island tourism resources.Over recent years,domestic island tourism development is in good shape,and those such as Zhoushan Putuo Mountain tour,Hainan Island tour and etc.is more popular,however,the level of island tourism development still remains a larger gap compared with other well-known islands overseas.But for Tianheng island in Jimo which is to be studied in this paper,the development of island tour is just at the right time.By virtue of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit,the tourism market in Qingdao has made a dramatic improvement,and the Blue Valley in the east of Jimo has developed rapidly.As the second largest inhabited island in Qingdao,both the internal market and the external environment provide an opportunity for the redevelopment of Tianheng island tourism.Meanwhile,the redevelopment of Tianheng island tourism calls on wider speculation by the local people and ordinary citizens.Therefore,this paper combs the tourism development history of jimo tianheng island,and USES the tourism destination life cycle theory to clarify the development of jimo tianheng island,and draws the conclusion that jimo tianheng island tourism development is in the stage of decline or recovery.Based on the advanced experience of famous island development at home and abroad,the conclusion is drawn that there are problems in the tourism development of tianheng island at the present stage:Tourism resources utilization degree is low,tourism planning and development direction is not clear,basic supporting facilities are not perfect,tourism product level is not high market recognition is low,island characteristics are not distinct.Redevelopment is faced with restrictive factors such as management system and mechanism,tourism land,stakeholders’ interest relations and capital.According to related problems,combined with the depth interview,field investigation,comparison based on the successful experience of island tourism development,put forward the development should follow the whole domain as a whole,high positioning,sustainable development,market operation,the principle of benefit sharing,and puts forward effective countermeasure,at the same time,puts forward the development direction of the reconstruction,so as to provide reference for the redevelopment of the tianhengdao tourism in the future. |
