With the development of market globalization,the progress of science and technology,and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,it is difficult to face the fierce external competition close to their own resources.By cooperating with each other,integrating resources and bringing them into a tight supply chain,enterprises can reduce costs and meet the operational needs of today's society,thus gaining a competitive advantage.In addition,the needs of customers are diversified,the life cycle of products is gradually shortened,and the service and quality requirements of enterprises need to be improved accordingly.Especially for supply chain management enterprises,it is particularly important to establish a rapid response supply chain tactics.Taking C company as an example,it is meaningful to study the rapid corresponding mode of multi-echelon supply chain based on shared logistics platform.The five-level supply chain mode of supplier-shared collection center-shared supermarket-counter-production line of C enterprise plays a role of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.Shared supermarket entrance layout combined with professional management platform,to achieve "zero inventory" and enhance the efficiency of enterprise cost reduction,and the factory auxiliary material sharing supermarket with smart counter side warehouse,response efficiency to minutes,and speed up the response efficiency.Not only that,the research results of this tactics are also very beneficial to manufacturing suppliers,sharing logistics platform and producers.The main innovations of this paper are: through multi-level supply chain research,express response supply chain research and shared logistics research,the application of analytic hierarchy process,qualitative and quantitative research,demonstrate the advantages of C company tactics compared with the traditional tactics.
