Study On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing In Supply Chain Under CAS Theory

In knowledge-based economy times, companies have to obtain dominant knowledge resource. The knowledge companies in supply chain have is heterogeneous and complementary. So knowledge sharing in supply chain has become the important source of access to knowledge. However, many factors inside and outside the organization all influence the efficiency of knowledge sharing in supply chain. The purpose of the article is to do some research about the factors influencing the efficiency of knowledge sharing in supply chain based on empirical data,and give some implication to the local companies to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing.The structure of this article contains three parts. First, this article summarizes research status of scholars at home and abroad,then analyzes knowledge sharing activities in supply chain under complex adaptive system(CAS),and then analyzes seven factors influencing knowledge sharing efficiency in supply chain, based on the four agent features in CAS. Otherwise,this article considers knowledge sharing efficiency to be a multi-dimensional concept containing knowledge sharing effect and knowledge sharing cost and examines the influences of the seven factors on the knowledge sharing efficiency, combined with the survey data. The result reveals that sender attraction, learning intention, absorption capacity and knowledge distance influence knowledge sharing efficiency positively. Knowledge sharing platform can reduce the cost, but can not influence the effect. Otherwise, knowledge rareness not only influences the effect but also increases the cost.In the final part,this article discusses the results of empirical analysis and explains why some hypothesis are not supported, and some proposal in practice about how to improve knowledge sharing efficiency and future research directions are listed.
